Basic Officer:
A Basic Officer is a person who has recently qualified as a Clan Member. You will be allocated a Clan member who will be your ‘Buddy’ until you have completed the requirements to move up to corporal.
It is important that you ask any questions you have and that you have the complete understanding of the clan as much as possible.


Corporal: As Corporal you are a experienced member within LCPD clan who can do Traffic Stops easily and correctly. Although you are senior to Basic Officers and to a degree have the responsibility to support them, during your time as Corporal it is the best possible time to decided what you want to gain out of being in the clan? For example: Do you want to suggest Ideas? Become a Leader? Become a trainer?
Requirements to be promoted to Corporal:
Assessment on Operational Activities
Verbal Interview about members current time in the clan.
MUST HAVE AUTHORISATION FROM COMMISSIONERS

Admiral:
As Admiral, This is your second step up the Command structure, you must be a responsible and committed member who ensures the rules are obeyed. Again this is a time where you can continue thinking about what you want to gain out of being in the clan? Becoming a leader, Trainer etc.



Sergeant: As Sergeant you are responsible for ensuring that you and the persons below your rank are being sensible and responsible within clans. You are there to support you superiors. As Sergeant you will be allocated as the Support officer for Basic Officers. You are responsible for these members, You Must ensure that you answer Questions or Investigate the answer for questions asked by Basic Officers. You must be familiar with the Chain of Command, Qualifications and rules. You must ensure that you enforce the rules
You Report to Lieutenant

​Must be Assistant Basic Officer Trainer


Lieutenant: You are responsible for ensuring that all Ranking members below your rank are competent and responsible. You must ensure that your Sergeants are competent to be member support officers and are suitable to each individual Basic Officer they are responsible for.

​1 Leiutenant will be Specilist in Training

​Must be Basic Officer Trainer



Inspector: As Inspector you are responsible for ensuring that members below your rank are behaving appropriately. As Inspector, your role will be involve supporting members, being responsible. You will be responsible for inspecting Lieutenants, Sergeants, Admiral and Corporals on the job, ensuring they are right for the division they are in and rank they are. If they need help or support then you are responsible for providing it.
You will also support Senior Officers and ensure that all orders are carried out efficiently and correctly.
The Requirements for this role are as Follows
Qualified Control Officer
Qualified Advanced Driver Trainer
You will report to Chief Superintendent

Chief Inspector
As Chief Inspector you are responsible for ensuring that all members are behaving in accordance to the rules. you are required to support senior officers and lower ranking officers. You are responsible in ensuring that all officers below you are doing as the should be including, Supporting Lower Ranking Officers, Advising and supporting Basic Officers.
The Requirements for this role are as follows:
Qualified Basic Trainer
Qualified Advanced Driver Trainer
Qualified Control Officer
Qualified Incident Commander
Chief Inspectors Reports to Chief Superintendent
1 CHIEF INSPECTOR WILL SPECIALISE IN TRAINING

Superintendent
Members who hold rank must be observed and assessed regularly. As Superintendent you should be aware that you have a responsibility to support members below and above your rank with their duties. You will assist the Chief Superintendent in any decision making which does not need the involvement of Senior Clan Officers.
The Requirements for this role are as follows:
Qualified Basic Trainer
Qualified Control Officer and Trainer
Qualified Incident Commander
Qualified Advanced Driver Trainer
Superintendents will report to Chief Superintendents
1 SUPERINTENDENT WILL SPECIALISE IN TRAINING

Chief Superintendent
As Chief Superintendent you will be supporting and assisting the Commissioners and Commander in their activities. . You will also be ensuring that members below your rank are behaving correctly and that all officers are doing what their role is.
All CS will be Basic Trainer Qualified
Qualified Control Officer.
1 CS will be appointed CS of Training.This CS will assist the commander with the training
Chief Superintendent of Training reports to Commander
Other Chief Superintendent reports to Commissioners

Commander
As Commander you are responsible in ensuring all members within the clan are competent and are trained up to the highest standards possible. You will ensure that you provide a weekly programme which contains refresher training, Basic Training, Training for new persons etc.
You are also responsible for the development, production, and distribution of ALL TRAINING COURSES.
As Commander, 3rd highest person within the clan, you will be doing control at patrol and also run patrols.
You must ensure you hold regular meetings with other trainers to ensure they are fulfilling their role. You also need to advise Senior officers of any members who should be awarded.
